I was born into a family of engineers where my dad said: “you can do whatever you like as long as you become an engineer first.” And when my career as a young apprentice faltered, I was given the chance to start over. From this, my multifaceted career in the food manufacturing industry kicked off, achieving many of my personal goals before I was 40. When I think back on the highlights, they almost always involve the growth of others around me. With this in mind and the recognition of my early support as a young man and the knowledge I gained along the way, I decided to start a company that allows and supports inexperienced engineers while collaborating on engineering design challenges for our clients facing manufacturing challenges. I was lucky twice and that birthed the Legacy of Sid. Whatever you do, empower others, that’s what makes great businesses.
